Act I Theatre Company
- Studio to Stage -
The Act I Theatre Company is a dynamic and fun group loaded with learning, exploration, creativity and imagination. They have lessons in acting, singing, movement and theater tech. Each year they do a fully produced musical and they carry the through line of the annual all-Studio spring production. This is a unique group with foundational qualities of acceptance, friendship, respect and support. Being part of this group develops presence, self-esteem, discipline, confidence, group goal setting and group success.
*New This Season*
Act I classes will be divided into two groups. Newer students will focus on learning music skills, the basics of acting and applying movement to story-telling. Other students will delve into scene work, theater tech and design and camera work. Rehearsals for all shows will happen together.

This year Act I is slated to bring the outrageous story of Shrek, Fiona and Donkey to life in Shrek the Musical, Jr. Join all your favorite fairytale characters in this heart warming and hilarious adventure.
Act One Theater Company is open to anyone. Classes are for kids ages 8 and up.
No previous experience is required.
